Need a breather on paying your bill?

We understand that being able to pay bills during times of high prices can be tough. That's why we're here to help.

If you think you might have issues being able to pay for the full bill this week, fill in the below form with all the information and we can sort you out with a payment hold. We'll then get in touch to sort out a payment plan with you. We need to have this form filled out by 10 am Thursday and then we will be in touch to organise a plan. Otherwise give us a call on 0800 435 425 and we can talk to you over the phone.

Note that after we get back in touch, the payment plan will need to be in place before 5pm Wednesday to ensure the full amount isn't taken with your next bill.
