Payment Hold

Need a breather on paying your bill?

We understand that being able to pay bills during times of high prices can be tough. That's why we're here to help.

If you think you might have issues being able to pay for the full bill this week, get in touch with us by 8pm the day before the bill is due (typically Wednesday) and we can sort you out with a payment hold.

We'll also help you organise a payment plan which will need to be in place before 8pm Wednesday to ensure the full amount isn't taken with your next bill.

  • Money Talks on 0800 345 123. Money Talks offers over-the-phone budgeting support, and can put you in touch with your local service for further face-to-face help from a Financial Mentor.

We can engage with Work and Income on your behalf if you call us or email us and give approval. You must consent to Flick disclosing personal information to Work and Income; for Work and Income to collect that information from Flick; and for Work and Income to inform Flick of the progress and outcome of your referral for an assessment for financial assistance.
