What are Flick's business rates?

To get a price for your business fill in your details and one of our team will get back to you in a flash.

Flick passes through the wholesale costs of electricity to customers, then charges a separate retail fee to be their retailer. Our approach is transparent and fair.

Because we pass through the wholesale costs of supply, which include the spot price of electricity, our customers make significant savings by riding the highs and lows of the spot market - an average of 18%. Customers who can move load to lower price times of day save even more!

Does my business need a smart meter?

Flick uses half - hourly usage data, which means your business will need a smart meter to join us. This eliminates estimated readings, making your data and billing accurate – every time.

What are my billing options?

We bill weekly. Bills are emailed every Tuesday, and payment is taken on a Thursday. This makes it easy to know exactly what’s coming, and helps you keep on top of your bills.

Can I have consolidated invoice for all of the accounts I hold with you?

At this stage, we send you a weekly billing email for each account separately.

What are Flick's payment terms?

Flick makes cashflow and energy cost management easier with weekly billing and smart online tools.

We bill customers on a Tuesday, and payments are taken by Direct Debit or from a nominated Credit Card weekly on a Thursday.

In our personalised dashboard, customers can review and keep track of their half-hour usage and daily energy costs so they can identify changes they can make to save money.
